- Dial the USSD shortcode *500# and select option 1 to activate the promo.
- Send the keyword “WIN” as an SMS to 500

- What do I have to do to win?
After opting into the promo, performing the following activities will earn you entries to participate in daily, weekly, and grand draws. Any recharge or bundle subscription via Telecel cash will double your entries. The minimum reload amount required to earn entries is GHs 5.

- Recharge via 3rd Party channels
- Recharge via R2P (Credit transfer)
- Buy a bundle via 3rd party channels like Bank Apps, Mobile payment applications

- SOS airtime loan
- Peer-to-peer (P2P) airtime transfer

How are entries calculated?
Each GHs 5 spent on performing any of the activities mentioned in item no 3 will offer customers with entries into all the draws. If the activity is done via Telecel Cash, entries will be doubled.
- How can I check my promo entries?
There are 3 main ways to check your entries.
- USSD – Dial *500# and select option 2 to check entries.
- SMS – Send the keyword “SCORE” as an SMS to 500
- Telecel Play App and visit the promo section.
- How are promo entries calculated?

Customers who top up or purchase a bundle directly via Telecel Cash will be awarded double entries.
For Example, a customer who:
- Top up GHs via T-Cash will get 20 entries instead of 10
- Bundle purchase of GHs 5 via T-Cash will give 20 entries instead of 20.
- How many times and how much should I recharge or spend to win a cash prize?
You must recharge GHs 5 or above or buy bundles GHs 5 or above as many times as possible to increase your chances of winning any of the daily, weekly, and grand prizes. The more you spend the more entries you gain to participate in the draws.
- How do I redeem my winning prize?
Customers who emerge winners from the daily, weekly, or grand prize will be contacted by Telecel through an official contact channel and may be required to go through a verification process to confirm their identity. All daily and weekly cash prizes will be deposited into the customer’s Telecel Cash wallet after verifying their win. The grand prize will be paid into the customer’s preferred bank account and Telecel Cash wallet.
- As an Enterprise customer, will my organization or myself be rewarded if I emerge a winner in the promo?
Users of the Enterprise number or account will be rewarded with a cash prize if they emerge.
- How do I stop receiving promotional messages?
If you do not want to be sent promotional messages, just dial *500# and select option 4 to disable Notifications or send the keyword STOP to 500 via SMS.
- What happens if I cannot be contacted?
Daily Draw: Telecel will not contact a daily cash prize winner via phone call. Money earned from a daily draw shall be deposited directly into the customer’s Telecel Cash wallet.
Weekly & Grand Draw: Weekly & Grand Draw winners will be given a 48-hours grace period. If they cannot be contacted within this time, the prize money will be awarded to a substitute winner.
- What will happen if I do not have an active Telecel Cash account?
Daily prize winners who do not have an active Telecel Cash account will be given up to 30 days to activate their Telecel Cash account or lose their winning prize to another substitute winner.
Weekly and Grand Prize winner without a Telecel Cash account will be asked to activate their Telecel Cash wallet as part of the conditions for prize money presentation. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their cash prize.
- How can I tell that I have been contacted by an authorized Telecel representative?
An authorized Telecel representative will never ask for personal information such as PIN, date of birth, or Ghana Card number or make any monetary request. Customers who emerge winners from weekly and grand draws will be contacted via phone call through the number 0203000004 and via SMS through the sender identity 2MOORCH MONEY. Customers may be required to visit a specified Telecel office/retail shop nearby to verify their identity.
