Q1: Will I be charged for buying airtime for a number on another network?

Ans: The exact amount you intend to purchase as airtime is what will be debited in e-money. No additional value is deducted from the customer’s wallet as charges.

Q2: How many times can I purchase airtime for a number/ numbers on other networks?

Ans: So long as there are enough funds in the buyer’s wallet, one may purchase airtime as many times as you would need/ want to.

Q3: Is airtime bought reversible?

Ans: No. Airtime bought for numbers on other networks is not reversible.

Q4: On the Telecel Cash menu, can I save contacts that I frequently buy airtime for?

Ans: Yes. Save details of the recipients on ‘My favourite List’ for subsequent use.

Q5: Will the name of the recipient of the airtime be displayed before I complete the transaction?

Ans: No. As such, you would have to verify the number before proceeding with the transaction.
