Data Bundle Offers Terms & Conditions
The following defines the terms and conditions under which Telecel shall provide the Service to Customers when a Customer accesses and uses the Service. All Customers shall by using the Service, be deemed to have consented to receiving the Service on these Terms and Conditions.
Telecel has its customers in mind and with its aim to satisfy customers’ need for affordable data options, we have decided to give you (our loyal customers) a buffet of data options to choose from. With so many options to choose from you can never go wrong with Telecel.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use
- The following provisions define the terms and conditions governing the Product. By subscribing to the usage of this Product, the Subscriber shall be deemed to have consented and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and be bound accordingly.
- All Subscribers warrant that they have read carefully and have understood fully these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard terms and conditions of Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited, which can be found on our website (https://telecel.com.gh).
General Data Terms and Conditions
- These offers are available to all consumer mobile prepaid subscribers.
- There are multiple channels through which you can subscribe to these bundles.

- USSD (*700#, *110#)
- My Telecel Play App
- 3rd Party Channels.
- All expiry bundles roll over when same bundle is purchased before expiry while different bundles co-exist and usage priority given to bundle with earliest expiry.
- Customer can choose to auto-renew either no-expiry or expiry data bundles.
- No-expiry bundle auto-renews once 90% of the allocated data is used.
- Expiry bundles auto-renew at the end date of bundle expiry once customer has sufficient airtime balance. However, there is extended period after bundle expiry which allows customer to top up for bundle to auto-renew. Daily, Weekly and Monthly bundles have 1 day, 3 days and 7 days extended period respectively.
- Flexi bundles do not auto-renew.
- Upon selecting Flexi, customer will be asked to input any desired amount between GHs0.02 and GHs 999.99 in exchange for data bundle, either no-expiry or expiry.
- Upon the exhaustion of all data allocations, the customer’s data access will be blocked unless they have allowed PAYG browsing at rate of 11.5p per MB. PAYG browsing can be allowed or stopped via the short code *700#.
- Subscribers on this offer can check their balance using any of the short codes below.
