Simply log in to your Telecel Play Web account (You can log in with your Telecel Play App account credentials).
Can I pay for others?
Yes, you can pay for any DSTV account. All you need is the DSTV account number or IUC/Smartcard number.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Telecel Cash as the only payment method.
Is there a fee for using this service?
There are no additional charges for using the service. You only need to pay your DSTV bill amount.
How long does it take for my payment to reflect?
Payments made through Telecel Play Web reflect instantly or within a few seconds. The user will receive a confirmation text from Telecel-Cash confirming the debit of the wallet.
Do I get a receipt after a successful payment?
Yes, a receipt is generated after a successful payment. The receipt can be downloaded as well.
Is my payment information secure?

Are bill payments reversible?
