What is the minimum flexi bundle amount I can purchase?
- The minimum amount a customer can purchase is Ghs100. However, there is no limit to the maximum amount a customer can purchase.
Can I change from my existing plan to a Flexi 30-day offer?
- Yes, you can change from your existing plan to a Flexi 30-day offer.
How do I buy a Flexi bundle?
You can buy via *900# on any Telecel number, Telecel Play, or Telecel Play Website.
Can my allocation on fixed broadband, landline, and mobile rollover?
- Only Fixed broadband allocations will roll over when the service is renewed before the expiration date. Other allocations on landline and mobile will NOT roll over.
How do I check my usage and other details of my service?
- Via Telecel Play, Telecel Play Website, or *900# on any Telecel number.
Am I eligible for any add-on bundle while on a Flexi 30-day bundle?
- Yes. You are eligible for all add-on bundles except the Too Moorch and Broadband Extra Offers (Bolt-On Lite, Extra & Super).
Will I lose my existing data balance if I purchase a new bundle?
- You do not lose your existing data balance upon subscribing to a Flexi bundle. Your existing data adds up to your rollover data balance so long as you subscribe within 30 days of your previous 30-days offer.
Can I suspend my service for a short while?
- Yes. Just like our standard plans, a customer can suspend his account at will for a short period.

- It is a core plan offering that does not expire. Customers on this plan can browse until their data is exhausted. Customers have the flexibility to purchase their preferred data amount.
What is the minimum Flexi bundle amount I can purchase?
- The minimum amount a customer can purchase is Ghs100. However, there is no limit to the maximum amount a customer can purchase.
How do I purchase the Flexi Non-Expiry bundle?
- Via *900# on any Telecel number, Telecel Play, or Telecel Play Website.
Can I subscribe to auto bundle renewal with the Flexi Non-Expiry bundle?
- No. Customers will be required to initiate each subscription.
Am I eligible for any add-on bundle while on a Flexi Non-Expiry plan?
- Customers on Flexi Non-Expiry are eligible for only Unlimited Holiday Bundle. They are not eligible for any of the below add-on bundles, i.e., Too Moorch, Unlimited Bundles – Daily & Weekend, Mini Bundles, Broadband Extra.
Will my data expire at any point in time?
- Your data does not expire as long as you are actively using the service. Customers who go beyond a 6-month window without actively using the service stand the risk of losing their allocation.
Can I change from my existing plan to a Flexi Non-Expiry offer?
- Yes, you can change from any existing plan to a Flexi Non-Expiry offer.
Will I lose my existing data balance if I purchase the Flexi Non-Expiry?
- You do not lose your existing data balance upon subscribing to a Flexi Non-Expiry bundle. The most recent Flexi bundle a customer subscribes to takes usage priority.
Can I move my non-Expiry data to mobile?
- Yes, you can move data to a paired mobile number. However, data moved to mobile assumes a validity of 30 days.
