Q1: When I request for a bouquet change, how long will it take for my request to be done?
A1: Your bouquet will be changed as soon as the request is received.
Q2: Can I change my bouquet for free?
A: Each bouquet is priced. When you request to change your bouquet, the request is considered as a subscription of a new bouquet, as such will be charged.
Q3: Is there a limit to the number of times I can change my bouquet?
A3: There is no limit. You can request for as many bouquet changes as is possible. However, each change comes at a cost of the package’s price
Q4: What are the bouquets available for subscription?
A4: There are 5 main bouquets – Nova, Smart, Super, Chinese French; each with sub- packages
Q5: I have paid my bill successfully, but I am not seeing all the channels on my TV. What do I do?
A5: Kindly follow https://www.startimestv.com/problem to check for possible resolution. Telecel caters for subscription payment-related issues only.
Q6: Can I check which package I’m on via *110#?
A6: Yes. Simply attempt a pay bill & enter your smart card number. Your details will be displayed. Proceed to make payment if need be. Cancel if otherwise.
Q7: Can I pay subscription fees on behalf of others?
A7: Yes. All you need is the right smart card number and sufficient funds in your wallet.
Q8: Do I pay additional charges, other than the cost of the subscriptions?
A8: No. There are no charges for payments
