Unlimited Bundles Terms & Conditions
- UNLIMITED Bundles are supplementary bundles subscribed to on top of an active Core Plan.
- Customers on the following plans are eligible: Browser, Streamer, Webmaster, Downloader, Office, and One Family plans.
- Customers must have an active monthly bundle to subscribe to an unlimited bundle.
- The Unlimited Weekend bundle has a validity of 2 days – weekend only (Saturday 12:00 am –Sunday 11:559pm) @ GHs30.
- The Unlimited Daily bundle has a validity of 24 hours @ GHs40.
- The Unlimited Holiday bundle has a validity of 24hours – (12:00am to 11:59pm) @GHs20.
- The Unlimited Weekend bundle has a fair usage policy of 100GB.
- The Unlimited Daily bundle has a fair usage policy of 100GB.
- The Unlimited Holiday bundle has a fair usage policy of 100GB.
- The Unlimited data will be prioritized for usage during the subscribed period over the core bundle as well as any rollover data the customer might have on their account.
- Payments can be made via all existing payments channels.
- After expiration, the customer will continue browsing from their monthly bundle or any other currently subscribed supplementary bundle.
- Unlimited data cannot be rolled over or moved onto a Telecel mobile number.

- This promo offer is a supplementary (add-on) bundle that can be subscribed to on top of your primary bundle.
- Customers can only subscribe to this supplementary bundle if they have an active monthly bundle.
- The bonus data takes the validity period of the current monthly bundle and expires with the monthly bundle.
- The bonus data will have priority over the core bundle.
- The bonus data cannot be rolled over.
- The bonus data cannot be moved to your mobile number.
- Browser Basic and Browser packages are not eligible to subscribe to this offer.
Bolt-On Offers Terms & Conditions –
- The Bolt-On plan is a supplementary offering subscribed to on top of an active core plan.
- Only Customers with an Active Core Plan are eligible for this offer. i.e., Browser, Streamer, Webmaster, Downloader, Office, and One Family Plans.
- Customers on Non-Expiry plans are not eligible for this offer.
- The Bolt-On plan will take priority over the core plan / active 30-day plan.
- The validity of the Bolt-On plan will take the validity of the active 30-day plan subscribed to. i.e., the Bolt-On plans do not have their own validity and they do not extend the validity of your existing Core Plan either.
- Data expires with your current core bundle.
- The Bolt-On offer’s data is not eligible for rollover and expires with the expiration date of the core plan.
- The Bolt-On data cannot be moved to mobile.
- For Bolt-On Lite, all customers on an active standard/core plan can subscribe to this offer.
- For Bolt-On Extra, Customers on either the Browser, One Family Small, or Streamer plan are not eligible for this offer. However, customers on all the other standard/core plans are eligible and can subscribe to this offer.

Mini Bundles Terms & Conditions –
Mini Bundle Terms of Use
- Mini bundles are supplementary bundles that allow customers to remain active and browse after exhausting their monthly bundles before the thirty (30) day validity period.
- A customer is eligible to subscribe to a Mini bundle if they are on any of the following FBB plans:
- Browser
- Streamer
- Webmaster
- Downloader
- Office
- One Family Plans
- Mini bundles have a validity period of 30 days after which the customer may decide to purchase another mini bundle or monthly bundle.
- Customers can purchase any of the mini bundles consecutively for a maximum of five (5) times ONLY.
- After the 5th purchase, customers would be required to resubscribe to their existing plan or may decide to upgrade their plan.
- After exhausting a Mini bundle, the customer would be able to browse on a Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) rate of GHS6 per 1GB, so far as there exists enough money in the customer’s account balance.
- A customer would receive notifications when he/she:
- Successful/unsuccessful subscription for a Mini bundle.
- Reaches a certain threshold of the bundle usages i.e., 90% and 100% exhaustion.
- Notifications would be sent to customers via SMS, e-mail, and web browser screen popup informing them about the Mini bundles.

PAYG Terms & Conditions
FBB Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) allow customers to remain active and browse at an out-of-bundle rate when they exhaust their core bundles.
- PAYG or Flexi Browsing is available to active customers who are on the following plans:
- Browser
- Streamer
- Webmaster
- Downloader
- Office
- One Family Plans
- Customers are automatically charged pay as you go rate when they continue browsing after exhausting their monthly bundle or Mini bundle, and the balance is insufficient to renew their monthly bundle.
- Customer will be charged GHs6 per 1GB when out-of-bundle and it applies to the offerings listed above.
- This would be the standard tariff charge for all customers that are not on any bundle.
- The charge is deducted from the customer’s main account.
- Customers can only browse out-of-bundle when they satisfy the following conditions:
- The monthly data bundle has been exhausted.
- Customer does not have a Mini Bundle, or it has been exhausted.
- Current balance is insufficient to resubscribe to a monthly bundle.

Standard Plans/Monthly Bundles –
Standard Plans Terms & Conditions
- The Standard Plan (Browser, Streamer, Webmaster, Downloader, Office) is a 30-day core plan offering.
- Standard Plans are prepaid packages with a validity period of 30 days.
- All existing and interested customers are eligible to upgrade or subscribe to the package at will.
- Customers on standard plans can link only one Telecel mobile number to their broadband account and move up to 20GB of data from their broadband to their linked mobile number.
- Customers can move data to their linked Telecel mobile number and at the same time move the data from their Telecel mobile number to their fixed broadband account.
- To allow for data move, customers must pair a Telecel mobile number to their Broadband account via Telecel Play App or Self-care portal or via *900#.
- To pair via 900, dial *900# on any Telecel mobile number, select your broadband account and choose option 1, option 4 & follow through to pair the number.
- Only active monthly bundles can be transferred to the linked Telecel mobile number. Hence, bonus and rollover data cannot be moved to the linked number.
- A fair usage policy of 20GB applies to the amount of data that can be shared or moved from the standard plans to the linked mobile number.
- Data will rollover when the service is renewed before expiry date. Other allocations on landline will not rollover. A Customer would receive fresh allocations whenever bundle/package is renewed.
- The Subscriber needs to make payment within the 30-day Core Plan validity period or 7-day grace period extension to be eligible to rollover the data balance.
- The rollover data has a 45-day validity period. However, the subscriber needs to reactivate their core plan prior to expiration to maintain the rollover data.
- The data balance of the newly subscribed bundle takes priority over the previously rolled-over data. The rollover data cannot be moved to mobile.
- Customers can purchase supplementary/add-on bundles such as Mini bundles, Unlimited Weekend Bundle.
- Customers can suspend their account at will for a period of time- this must be reported at the retail shop.

One Family Plans Terms & Conditions
- One Family Plans are 30-day core plan offerings that fixed broadband customers must subscribe to enjoy certain benefits such as data move to mobile, data rollover, and eligibility to purchase supplementary& promotional bundles.
- All existing and interested customers are eligible to upgrade or subscribe to the package at will.
- To receive mobile allocations (SMS, minutes & data), customers must pair mobile number(s) to Broadband via Telecel Play App or Self-care portal or dial *900# on any Telecel mobile number, select your broadband account and choose option 1,4 & follow through to pair your number.
- Data from the broadband account is shareable between mobile number(s) that have been paired with broadband.
- The number of mobile numbers that can be paired to a broadband account is dependent on the type of One Family Plan the customer is on.
- A fair usage policy applies to the amount of data that can be shared or moved from broadband, depending on the selected plan.
- One Family data allocations will rollover when the service is renewed before the expiry date. Other allocations on landline and mobile will NOT rollover. Customers would receive fresh allocations whenever the bundle/package is renewed.
- The Subscriber needs to make payment within the 30-day Core Plan validity period or 7-day grace period extension to be eligible to rollover the data balance.
- The rollover data has a 45-day validity period. However, the subscriber needs to reactivate their core plan prior to expiration to maintain the rollover data.

- The Fixed Broadband Flexi Non-Expiry offer is a core offering that does not expire. Active customers on Flexi Non-Expiry plans can browse until their data is exhausted.
- To purchase Flexi Non-expiry, customers must enter their preferred amount and select the non-expiry version of the Flexi bundle.
- The minimum eligible amount for purchase is GHs100. However, there is no limit to the maximum amount a customer can purchase.
- The most recent Flexi bundle a customer subscribes to takes usage priority regardless of the bundle type.
- Customers subscribed to Non-Expiry plans are not eligible to subscribe to any add-on bundle, including, Broadband Extra (Bolt-On Lite, Extra, Super), Too Moorch, Unlimited daily, Unlimited Weekend, Unlimited Holiday, Mini Basic and Mini Pro.
- Customers on Non-Expiry can move data to mobile. However, data moved to mobile will have a 30-day validity from the point of being moved.
- The data transferred to mobile cannot be moved back to the broadband account.
- The allocated landline minutes do not expire. However, the mobile voice minutes and SMS have a validity of 30 days.

- Customers can move data to their linked mobile number. Data moved to mobile will have the same validity as the Flexi 30-Day bundle.
- Only active core bundles can be moved to mobile; bonus and rollover data cannot be moved to mobile.
- Customers subscribed to the Flexi 30-Day bundle are eligible to subscribe to the following add-on bundles; Unlimited Daily, Unlimited Weekend, Unlimited Holiday, Mini Basic and Mini Pro.
- Customers are not eligible to subscribe to Too Moorch and the Broadband Extra (Bolt-On Lite, Extra, Super) add-on bundles.
- The data balance will rollover when the service is renewed before expiry date. Other allocations on landline will not rollover.
- The Subscriber needs to resubscribe within the 30-days validity period of his previous subscription to be eligible to rollover the data balance.
- The rollover data has a 45-day validity period. However, the customer needs to resubscribe prior to expiration to maintain the rollover data.

MAIN STEPS
Step 1: Generate Code to link broadband & Mobile number.
Step 2: Link broadband & Telecel mobile number with the security code generated.
Step 3: Move data to Mobile.
HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
USSD
STEP 1: First time linking broadband with mobile number:
- Dial *900# on your Telecel mobile number, select your broadband account and choose option 1 – Fixed Broadband.
- Select option 4 – Data Sharing.
- Select 1 – Add Beneficiary mobile.
- Select 1 – Add mobile & generate code and follow the prompts.
(A 5-digit security code will be sent to your primary broadband contact number.
STEP 2: After generating the code.
- Dial *900# on your Telecel mobile number, select your broadband account and choose option 1 – Fixed Broadband.
- Select option 4 – Data Sharing.
- Select 2 – Complete pairing with code and follow the prompts to link the number to your FBB account.
*Your Telecel mobile number is now linked to your fixed broadband account. *
STEP 3: To move data to your mobile.
- Dial *900# on your Telecel mobile number, select your broadband account and choose option 1 – Fixed Broadband.
- Select 3- Share data with mobile and follow the prompt.
NB: Data can be moved to Telecel mobile number only for active bundles.
TELECEL PLAY WEBSITE – SELF-CARE PORTAL
To link Telecel number to broadband
- Log in to the self-care portal @ https://play.Telecel.com.gh
- On the dashboard under quick links, Click Share Data.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘link mobile account’.
- Select the account and enter the mobile number to be linked.
- Enter the 5digit confirmation number/code sent to the Fixed Broadband contact number.
- You will then receive a message declaring mobile number is successfully linked.
To Move Data
- Log in to the self-care portal.
- On the dashboard under quick links, Click Share Data and populate the fields.
- Select your broadband account, select the linked mobile account.
- Select the amount of data and unit (MB or GB) you want to move.
- Click on Submit.
- You will then receive a message declaring account is successfully linked.
TELECEL PLAY APP
To link/pair mobile number
- Log in to Telecel Play App.
- Under Manage select Fixed Broadband.
- Select Broadband Move Data.
- Select your broadband account.
- Select/Click Add number to list.
- Enter the mobile number and click next.
- Enter the 5-digit security code which will be sent to your primary broadband contact number.
To Move Data
- Log in to Telecel Play App.
- Under Manage select Fixed Broadband.
- Select Broadband Move Data.
- Select your broadband account.
- Select the linked number you want to move the data unto.
- Select your transfer channel (From fixed broadband to Mobile or from mobile to fixed broadband).
- Enter the amount of data you want to move and the unit (MB or GB).
- Click on Move Data.
Fixed Broadband Data Move Terms & Conditions
- This offer is available to customers on Browser, Streamer, Webmaster, Downloader, Office & all One Family Plans.
- The number of mobile numbers that can be paired to a broadband account is dependent on the type of core plan the customer is on.
- A fair usage policy applies to the amount of data that can be shared or moved from broadband, depending on the selected plan.
- Only active monthly bundles can be transferred to the linked Telecel mobile number. Hence, bonus and rollover bundles cannot be transferred/ moved to the linked number.
- Data from the broadband is shareable between only mobile number(s) that have been paired with broadband.
- Customers can move data to their linked mobile number and at the same time, move the data from the mobile number to their fixed broadband account.
- Customers may decide to change the linked Telecel mobile number. This can be done 30 days after pairing the existing mobile number.
- Customers will receive a 5-digit security code on the existing broadband contact number via SMS, during the linking process. The security code should be used to complete the process.
- Browsing charges on the mobile device will be the same as browsing from the fixed broadband.
- Customers will receive the normal threshold SMS notification at specific data usage points of their bundles. Once the bundle is exhausted, customers will not be able to browse on both mobile and fixed broadband.
- SMS notification will be sent to customers for successful /unsuccessful subscription operations.
- Below is the count of mobile numbers that can be linked per plan along with their data move cap.
