A2: The steps to follow for an ATM Cash withdrawal are:

On your Telecel Cash (*110#) menu:

• Generate a Voucher on the Telecel Cash menu.
  • Dial *110#
  • Select Option 2 Withdraw Cash
  • Choose option 2 From ATM
  • Follow the prompt

Note: The voucher expires in 10 minutes. It is advised the customer should be close to an ATM before generating the voucher, else the withdrawal will fail due to expired voucher.

At the ATM point:

• Select Cardless Cash Out / Mobile Cash
• Choose Network
• Enter mobile number
• Enter your 6-digit Voucher Code
• Enter PIN
• Enter Amount To withdraw
• Take your Cash.
