Answer: No, our solution is self-serviced allowing you to sign up on your smart device (phone, tablet or laptop)
- What documentation do I need to sign up
Answer: You will need to submit your Business Registration document which is mandatory
- Can I send messages to any network
Answer: Yes, you can send messages to all networks in Ghana
- How do I purchase SMS bundles?
Answer: SMS bundle purchases are made on the portal using Telecel Cash only. All you have to do is input the VF Cash wallet details on the portal and a push prompt is sent to the number to enter the PIN to complete the purchase.
- Does your platform support customized Sender IDs?
Answer: Yes, our platform allows you to set a customized Sender ID to let recipients know the originator of the message without necessarily saving your business number as a contact. The sender ID has to be the registered business name.
