To pay your Ghana Water bill using Telecel Play Web:

– Log into the Telecel Play Web platform

– Select the “Ghana Water Bill Payment” option

– Enter your Ghana Water customer number

– Your account details, including the name of the meter and outstanding bill amount, will be displayed

– Enter your bill payment amount and Telecel Cash number

– A prompt will be sent to your Telecel Cash number for approval

– Once approved, the payment is processed, and a receipt will be generated

 

  1. Can I use any mobile money number to pay my Ghana Water bill?

No, only Telecel Cash numbers can be used to pay your Ghana Water bill through this service

  1. Can I pay the Ghana Water bill for others?

Yes, simply enter the Customer Number and check details before proceeding to payment

  1. What information must I provide to pay my Ghana Water bill? 

You must provide your Ghana Water customer number and Telecel Cash number

  1. What happens after I approve the payment?

After you approve the payment on your Telecel Cash number, the payment will be processed, and a receipt will be generated as proof of payment. A confirmation message from Telecel Cash will be sent to the user’s number

Yes, the system displays the outstanding bill amount, but the user can make a partial payment

Yes, a service charge of 0.50 pesewas is applied during payment
