1. What is One Business?

One Business offers customers a full package, tailored to meet the total communication needs of the various aspects of their businesses. Covering Fixed broadband, fixed line, mobile voice & data and a tailored online presence.

2. How do I subscribe to a package for One Business?

You can request for service online via Broadband ( fbb.telecel.com.gh).. You can also contact your account manager to support and manage your request or contact our support team on 0507779000.

3. What benefits am I going to get if I should switch to One Business?

One Business gives a total solution to meet all the communication needs of your business.

One Business gives you value for money and allows you to give your employees the right communications packages to work effectively and help grow your business.

One Business enables you to reach more prospective customers with a professionally designed website.

4. How many packages can I choose from?

There are 4 packages available starting from GHS 400 a month.

5. How do I renew my subscriptions on One Business?

Subscription can be done using 

  1. Telecel Cash on *110# or Telecel Play.
  2. Our payment portal available at https://play.telecel.com.gh/pay
  3. Cash payment at retail shops

6. What information do I need to sign up?

  1. Business registration docs (Certificate of Incorporation, Business registration Certificate)
  2. ID cards of 2 Owners/directors

7. How do I get support when I have an issue?

Call 080010000 to speak to someone to assist you. Or send an email to smecare@telecel.com.gh or tbscare@telecel.com.gh

You can also purchase a mi-fi device at an additional cost and move some of your broadband data for use as your issue is being resolved. This will ensure your business is always online.

8. How many mobiles can I add to my package?

You can add a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 mobiles based on the package you choose.

9. How do I manage my account?

You can manage your account on various channels.

  1. Telecel Play
  2. Selfcare portal (ERP)
  3. MyTelecel Web
  4. USSD *900#

10. What management activities can I perform on my account?

Management actions you can perform on these channels are 

  1. Add mobiles
  2. Remove mobiles (added mobiles can only be removed after 30days)
  3. Move data from broadband to mobile
  4. Move data from mobile to broadband (only data moved from broadband to mobile can be moved back to the broadband)

11. How do I add mobiles to my account? USSD, MyTelecel Web, Telecel Play

A. USSD (*900#)

STEP 1: First time linking broadband with mobile number:

  1. Dial *900# and select 0 – Add Account
  2. Select option 1 – Sign up.
  3. Enter Broadband UserID and follow prompts

(A 5-digit security code will be sent to your primary broadband contact number)

STEP 2: After generating the code:

  1. Dial *900#, and choose option 0 – Add Account
  2. Select option 2 – Complete Signup with Confirmation code
  3. Enter Confirmation code sent to primary broadband contact number to your FBB account

Your mobile number is now linked to your fixed broadband account.*

STEP 3: To move data to your mobile:

  1. Dial *900# , select your broadband account and choose option 1- Fixed Broadband
  2. Select 4 – Data Sharing 
  3. Select option 2 – Share data with mobile
  4. Follow the prompt.

NB: Data can be moved to mobile ONLY for active bundles.

 

B. MyTelecel Web (https://mytelecel.telecel.com.gh)

Linking Number To Broadband

  1. Log in to self-care portal @ https://play.telecel.com.gh
  2. On the dashboard under quick actions, Click Share Data
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Manage Linked Numbers”
  4. Select Link a number and enter the mobile number to be linked
  5. Enter the 5-digit confirmation code sent to the FBB contact number.
  6. You will receive a message declaring mobile number is successfully linked

To Move Data

  1. Log in to self-care portal
  2. On the dashboard under quick actions Click Share Data and select the transfer channel.
  3. Select your broadband account, select the linked mobile account
  4. Select the amount of data and unit (MB or GB) you want to move
  5. Click on Move Data
  6. You will then receive a message declaring account is successfully linked

 

C. Telecel Play

To Link/Pair mobile number

  1. Log in to Telecel Play
  2. Under Quick Actions select Move Data
  3. Select your transfer channel (From fixed broadband to Mobile or from mobile to fixed broadband)
  4. Select your broadband account
  5. Select Manage Linked Accounts
  6. Click Pair New Number
  7. Enter the mobile number and click Next.
  8. Enter the 5-digit security code which will be sent to your primary broadband contact number

To Move Data

  1. Login to Telecel Play
  2. Under Quick Actions select Move Data
  3. Select your transfer channel (From fixed broadband to Mobile or from mobile to fixed broadband)
  4. Tap to select your broadband account
  5. Select the linked number you want to move the data unto
  6. Enter the amount of data you want to move and the unit (MB or GB)
  7. Click Continue
