Q6. What information do I need to sign up?
To sign up for One Business, you will need:
- Business registration documents (Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration Certificate).
- ID cards of two owners or directors.
Q7. How can I manage my One Business package?
Customers can manage their package via the Enterprise Request Portal and on *5959# where they can update account details, track usage, and manage services conveniently.
Q8. What account management activities can I perform?
On the One Business platform, you can:
- Add mobile phone numbers to your business plan.
- Remove mobile numbers
- Move data to linked numbers
Q9. How do I renew my One Business Mobile subscription?
You can renew your subscription using:
- Purchase a package on *5959#.
- Telecel Cash on *110# or Telecel Play.
- The Telecel payment portal at Telecel Ghana – Pay
- Cash payment at Telecel retail shops.

Q11. Can I add a consumer number to my account as a beneficiary?
No, only enterprise numbers are eligible to be linked as beneficiaries.
Q12. I have my own 4G router with a Telecel SIM. Can I use it for this service?
Yes, include the 4G router SIM number when filling in the registration form to enjoy the service on the router for multiple users in your office. Also enjoy the benefit of moving some of the data from the 4G router to your linked beneficiaries.
Q13. I don’t have a 4G router. Can I still buy this service?
Yes, you can still subscribe by providing your primary mobile number to receive the bulk data during registration.
Q14. I purchased the package using my management number, but I did not get the voice allocation. Why?
If you would like the management SIM to receive the voice allocation, kindly add it as a beneficiary to receive the voice and SMS allocations.
Q15. Can I keep the same beneficiary list when I renew or purchase a new bundle?
No. You will need to add your beneficiaries again for each new One Business Mobile subscription.
Q16. Can an added number be removed and replaced with a different one?
Yes, however please note all linked numbers receive their voice allocations and once the maximum number of allocations are exhausted, any number beyond the maximum will not receive their voice allocation.
