Q1. Why should I choose One Family Plan?

Ans: One payment for all your total communication needs (internet, landline and mobile) as a family or office.

  • Flexibility to pair and share data to up to 4 mobile devices depending on the package you pick.
  • The family is always connected at home & wherever you go.

Q2. Can I upgrade my plan from my existing bundle to a One Family Plan?

Ans: Yes. One can subscribe using the below channels.

  • Online: visit https://play.telecel.com.gh/(customers without accounts must register with a valid email address).
  • Download Telecel Play App to subscribe.
  • Dial *900# on any Telecel mobile number, select option 1, 1, and follow through the prompts to change your plan.
  • Alternatively, customer can visit the retail shop for assistance.

 

Q3. What is the validity of the bundle?

Ans: Irrespective of your selected package, you have a 30-day validity period for all One Family plans.

 

Q4. How can I pay for my monthly One Family bundle?

Ans: You can make payments via any of our existing payment channels:

  • Telecel Cash via *110#
  • Online at https://play.telecel.com.gh/
  • On a Telecel mobile number, by dialling *900#
  • At any Telecel Retail shop or partner bank or payment outlets.

 

Q5. Can I use my existing mobile number(s) for this service?

Ans: Yes, you will be able to link your existing Telecel mobile number(s) to your selected plan. Customer can either purchase or request for a Telecel mobile SIM for registration.

 

Q6. How do I check my usage and other details of my service?

Ans: Kindly login to https://play.telecel.com.gh/ to check your usage and any other details relating to your current plan.

 

Q7. Can my allocations on the fixed broadband, landline, or mobile roll over?

Ans: Only Fixed broadband allocations will rollover when service is renewed before expiry date. Other allocations on landline and mobile will NOT roll over. Customer would receive fresh allocations when bundle/package is renewed.

 

Q8. Can I purchase additional bundles?

Ans: Yes. Customer can purchase supplementary/ add on bundles such as Mini bundles, Unlimited Weekend Bundle and Broadband Extra bundles.

 

Q9. Can I suspend my service for a short while?

Ans: Yes. Just as in our standard plans, a customer can suspend his account at will within a period.

 

Q10. How much does it cost to get on a One Family Plan?

Ans:  New customers will pay an Installation fee of GHS300 plus the price of the preferred package. Existing customers would only pay for the selected One family plan price.
