1. What is Radio Broadband?
Radio Broadband is an alternative way to deliver high-speed internet to homes and businesses without using traditional cables like fiber or DSL. Instead, it uses radio signals to connect you to the internet.

2. Who is eligible for this offer?
All new Broadband Customers.

3. Can a Radio Broadband customer subscribe to any of our Add-on bundles?
Yes, a Radio Broadband customer can subscribe to any of our Add-on bundles, except for the 2 Moorch Offer.

4. Can FBB customers change plan to any of our Radio Offers?
No, an FBB Customer cannot subscribe to any of our Radio offers. However, Radio customers can upgrade their plans to any of the Radio offers.

5. What is the validity of the Non-Expiry Radio Offers?
They do not expire. However, customers must make payment at least once every three (3) months to keep their account active and use their data balance.

6. Does the Radio Broadband service come with a Landline?
No, the service does not come with a Landline.

7. Can I move data to my mobile number(s)?
Yes, customers can move data from their Broadband service to their paired mobile number(s).

8. How do I manage my account after getting onto the Radio service?
You can manage your account by visiting Telecel Play Login or by downloading the Telecel Play App http://bit.ly/4doBKBl. Alternatively, you can manage your account via *900# on any Telecel Play mobile number.

9. How can I pay for my bundle?
You can make payments via any of our existing payment channels

10. Do I get another 50% bonus upon resubscription?
No. The 50% bonus data is a one-off data bonus for new Radio Broadband customers.
