General Information
- What is the Red Loyalty for Business Program?
The Red Loyalty for Business Programme (“Programme”) is designed to reward business customers (“Company” and its “Employees”) for their continued engagement with our products and services.
- Who is eligible to join the Telecel Business Loyalty Program?
Any customer who has signed up to Telecel Business Products and Services.
- How do I enroll in the Red Loyalty for Business?
Existing eligible customers will be automatically onboarded. To participate in the Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- The business must be with Telecel business for at least 18 months
- The business must not have any outstanding debt exceeding 60 days to be able to redeem any reward.
- What benefits do I get from participating in the loyalty program?
Rewards range from Airtime and Data Bundles, Rebate, Smartphone devices, Group Lunches, a discount on your postpaid bills
Points Accumulation
- How are points accumulated in the program?
Points are earned based on your spending on Telecel Business, with every GHS 1 spent translating into 10 points.
- What purchases contribute to point accumulation?
Points are accumulated from spend on all products and services monthly, as well as any spend outside your monthly charge.
One-time charges such as establishment fees do not contribute to point accumulation. However, roaming, international calls and messaging services will be considered.
- How often are points updated?
Points are updated monthly based on your spending for that period.
- Is there a cap on the number of points I can accumulate?
No, there is no cap on the number of points you can accumulate.
- Can I transfer points to another account?
No, points are non-transferable between accounts.
- Do my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for a rolling 12-month period. Points not used within this period will expire.
Points Redemption
- How can I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed via the Telecel Play App((https://bit.ly//MyTelecelGhana).
- What can I redeem my points for?

- How long do I need to have used the service to be able to qualify as a Telecel Business customer?
You must have been a Telecel customer for at least 18 months.
- Can I partially redeem my points?
Yes, you can choose to redeem a portion or all of your accumulated points.
- How do I redeem vouchers?
Upon redemption, a unique code will be sent to your designated mobile number, which can be used within a year. The said mobile number referred to is what the Customer provided per the details related to the business delegate.
- How do I redeem a Device?
Upon redemption, a unique code will be sent to your designated mobile number indicating where you can pick up the device which can be used within a year.
- Can I use points to offset my Bill?
Yes, you can request to offset a percentage of your bill using points, subject to approval and processing timelines. Below are the steps involve in crediting your account
- Automated email log is triggered to a priority Telecel Business email for processing
- Telecel business informs you of the amount credited as Business Red Loyalty Reward on your invoice specifying invoice number and period for confirmation.
- What happens if I don’t have enough points for a redemption?
You will receive a notification encouraging continued spending to accumulate more points.
