Q1. What are Roaming bundles?
Ans: Roaming Bundles are packs of services with allocation for either data only or voice only or voice and data to be used abroad.
Q2. Who is this offer for?
Ans: All Telecel pre-paid and post-paid customers.
Q3. How can I purchase roaming bundles?
Ans: For post-paid customers, dial *5959# and for Telecel prepaid customers, dial *150# to subscribe.
Q4. When can I purchase roaming bundles?
Ans: Roaming bundles can be bought before you travel or when you are abroad.
Q5. What is the validity of the Roaming bundles?
Ans: ALL bundles have 30 days validity.
Q6. How can I check my roaming balance check balance?
Ans: For pre-paid Dial *126# & *124#.
Q7. Do Roaming bundles rollover?
Ans: Yes, only when you bundle again before your expiry date otherwise it would expire.
Q8. I have a post-paid number. Can I purchase Telecel Roaming bundles?
Ans: Yes. Dial *5959#.
Q9. What happens when I exhaust my bundle?
Ans: You will be charged from your Main Account on PAYG for voice and data if you don’t opt-out from PAYG data browsing but if you do, only Voice would be PAYG.
Q10. Can I purchase these bundles whilst roaming?
Ans: Yes, this bundle can be purchased both in Ghana and abroad.
Q11. Can I activate roaming bundles in Ghana before I travel?
Ans: Yes . Roaming Bundles can be activated before or after travel.
Q12. Can I use the bundle in Ghana?
Ans: No. The bundle can only be used abroad.
Q13. Is the bundle for all countries?
Ans: No, only selected Countries mainly Telecel operators. Be sure to check the operator list before buy.
