This campaign is an initiative leveraging the appeal of mystery, daily engagement, and the incentive of rewards to drive consistent customer behavior on the Telecel Play App. The service seeks to reward customers who consistently purchase bundles in the month of December with daily, weekly and a climax reward on the 31st of December.

Q1. How do I participate?
A. Purchase a mobile bundle daily by clicking the Santa Streak banner or the fire emoji on the top right corner on the Telecel Play App from the 1st to 31st December.

Q2. Who is eligible to participate?
A. All mobile prepaid customers on the Telecel network including the tertiary base.

Q3. Do all mobile bundles qualify?
A. No, only selected Santa Streak bundles mentioned in Q1 purchased on the Telecel Play App counts.

Q4. Can I buy multiple bundles in a day?
A. Yes.

Q5. What counts as a daily streak?
A. Keeping a daily streak means buying a qualifying bundle every day. Missing a day kills your streak.

Q6. Is there a deadline for bundle purchases each day?
A. Yes, each day ends at 11:59:59 PM GMT. Purchases after that count towards the next day.

Q7. If I miss a day, can I continue?
A. Yes, but your streak resets to day 1 unless you win a streak restore on the day you return.

Q8. Can I redeem my reward daily?
A. No, after a successful purchase your reward would be displayed to you after which a representative from Telecel would contact you with the necessary details.

Q9. What do I get from a bundle purchase?
A. Daily rewards
B. Earn you points [Every GHS 10 earns you 100points]
C. Keeps your streak alive

Q10. What are milestone days and milestone reward?
A. Milestone days are 7th December, 14th December, 21st December and 28th December. Milestone rewards are bigger and valuable than the daily rewards. Milestone rewards are bigger and better than the daily rewards and these rewards are offered when a customer is able to keep a 3 day consecutive streak before each milestone day.

Q11. How do I know I qualify for a milestone reward?
A. To be eligible for a milestone reward, you should have kept your streak for at least three consecutive days before each milestone stone day.

Q12. How will the winner be selected?
A. The grand winner would be selected based on the highest point accumulated by the end of 31st December 2025.
