Q. What is the TGMA ’26 Offer?

Ans. The TGMA ’26 Offer is a set of initiatives by Telecel Ghana designed to engage customers in various exciting activities like TGMA Shoutout, TGMA Bundle to Vote, and TGMA Spin to Win, all running from 28th March 2025 to 3rd May 2025. Customers can participate by submitting videos, purchasing data bundles, and spinning a digital wheel for rewards.

Q. How can I participate in the TGMA Shoutout?

Ans. To participate in the TGMA Shoutout, customers is required to record and upload a 5-10 second video shoutout to their favorite artiste using the Telecel Play App. Participants will be charged GHS 5.00 for each video uploaded and will receive 100 free minutes to call Telecel numbers, valid for 3 days per paid video.

Q. Will my video be featured at the TGMA event?

Ans. Your video may be selected to be featured during the TGMA ’26 event or in the lead-up events. Telecel reserves the right to broadcast or feature the videos across various channels, and it may edit and brand the videos with the Telecel and TGMA logos.

Q. How does the TGMA Bundle to Vote work?

Ans. The TGMA Bundle to Vote allows you to buy data bundles named after each nominee under the Artiste of the Year category, Telecel Most Popular Song of the Year, Best Afropop Song. For each bundle purchased, your vote is automatically assigned to the respective nominees. A customer can purchase multiple bundles, but only 20 votes per nominee are allowed per customer.

Q. Where can I buy the TGMA data bundles to vote

Ans. You can buy the TGMA Bundle to Vote through the Telecel Play App or USSD *1767#. Each bundle will contribute to voting for the specific Artiste of the Year category, Telecel Most Popular Song of the Year, Best Afropop Song nominee.

Q. How does the TGMA Spin to Win promo work?

Ans. After purchasing eligible bundles via the Telecel Play App, you can spin a digital wheel for a chance to win various rewards. These rewards can range from digital to physical items, and physical prizes can be redeemed at the Telecel Head Office or the nearest retail shop.

Q. Are there any restrictions on winning rewards in the TGMA Spin to Win promo?

Ans. The TGMA Spin to Win promo is available only to participants aged 18 and above. Telecel reserves the right to determine and change the rewards available at any time.

Q. How is my personal data used during the promotion?

Ans. By participating in the TGMA initiatives, participants consent to Telecel Ghana using their personal data and videos for publicity or marketing purposes. Telecel may disclose data to third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2010 (Act 843), to help conduct the promotion.
