  1. What technical details do I need to provide to request a slot?

We have support for equipment you bring. We only need the details of your request, ideally captured in a specifications sheet.

 

  1. How does Telecel ensure uptime and reliability?

Their sites run on high-availability power, backed by a strong fibre network. They also have 24/7 monitoring and support through their Enterprise NOC.

 

  1. What if there’s no existing tower where I need one?

Telecel can provide sites within proximity to most locations; kindly express your concerns via our email address (TBSTowerCo@telecel.com.gh) and we would be happy to assist with your concern.

 

  1. What power options are available for my equipment?

Standard commercial power with backup systems is provided. Power allocation depends on your equipment consumption and is confirmed during the application process.

 

  1. Can I install my own equipment?

Installations usually need to be done by approved or certified contractors to ensure safety and compliance. In the process of getting your service completed, kindly provide the necessary documents for deployment.

 

  1. How do I apply for colocation or request a site survey?

You can contact Telecel Business through our call centre or email. We will arrange the survey and guide you through the process.

  1. How long does it take to go live once I apply?

Timelines vary, but generally depend on technical review, approvals, site readiness, and installation. Telecel will share a clear timeline once your request is assessed.

Fees are typically based on the tower location, space required, power usage, and equipment type. Telecel will provide a pricing breakdown.
