The following defines the terms and conditions under which Telecel shall provide the Service to Customers when a Customer accesses and uses the Service. All Customers shall, by using the Service, be deemed to have consented to receiving the Service on these Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

Overview

This Epic Wednesday service provides customers with an additional 25% bonus data on their first qualified bundle purchase made each Wednesday on the Telecel Play App.

Eligibility

• This Epic Wednesday offer is available to all consumer mobile prepaid subscribers.
• The only channel to subscribe to this bonus offer is when the bundle purchase is made via Telecel Play App.
• Not all bundles are eligible. The 25% bonus will only be applied to select bundles.

Offer Details

• The 25% bonus will automatically be applied to the first qualifying bundle purchase made on Wednesday.
• Paid will mean purchases via airtime or Telecel Cash including data bundle renewals.
• The 25% bonus will only be available on Wednesdays.
• Subsequent purchases made on the same Wednesday will not attract any bonuses.
• Validity of the bonus is 24hours.
• Usage priority will be on the 25% bonus over any other offer the customer may have.
• Purchases made via USSD, retail outlets, or website do not qualify for this offer.
• Customers will receive SMS notification confirming both their main and bonus allocation after a successful transaction.
